How it all started
WHAT'S UP WITH THE HONEY?
It's our secret (kinda)
It started way back when as a child we would stop in Idaho Springs, CO on our way back from skiing at Beau Jo's Pizza. Beau Jo's always had gigantic crusts and a bottle of honey on the table. It was just an unwritten rule that the crusts were to be saved and enjoyed with the honey at the end of the meal.
Many years later while on a trip to New York we found the combination of Mike's Hot Honey and pepperoni slices at Paulie Gee's in Brooklyn. It was full circle and revelatory.
